Who we support
16 year old beautiful Megan Hodgkinson, has grown up battling Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy and in May 2018 underwent life changing SDR surgery in USA to remove spasticity in her legs as it's not funded in NZ. Expensive rehab for 3-5 years is needed to ensure Megan walks upright and eventually unaided. Taupo people wonderfully donated for her surgery and have adopted Megan and still follow her progress.
Thanks to all who purchased a TEE. We managed to raise over $300 for Megan and her on going treatmentYou can learn more about her journey and find out how to support her at here
